LG Window A/C
Not working from the day of purchase

We have purchased LG Window A/C (1.5 tons) on June 20 09, it was installed and it started working like Air cooler rather than a Airconditoner. It blows hot air and inbetween cool air and stops for 10-20 minutes again blows the hot air. It is behaving in the same fashion from the day we purchased. We have called customer care lot of times but no response till now..
