Its about 2 month we had given out Ac for repair and no intimation till no

We had given 1 aircondiner of lg at m.s. Refrigeration it's about 2 months

And last year we had change the Ac compressor from him only on 29 sept

It's 2 month now we go to him and enqure for your Ac then he use to say that I don't have time to check go and you can complain to anybody. He day I give money to officer for getting franchisee no one will listen to you

Last year we had given all the documents bills of the Ac. When we ask for the paper he said don't worry I am sitting over here he just sign on the compressor n said you don't need any warranty card or bill. N now he is saying to bring the bill. He say go and complain to lg to open more service center

He do his own work in which he get money don't attend lg customers complains

Lg is good company but I think lg cant provide good service to their customers
