Salary Problem

Dear Sir/Mam,

My sister was working 360 DEGREE CONSULTANCY from last 6 month. They were providing the salary after 2 months from the completion of current month. She resigned in the month of Feb 09 and Problem is that they are not giving the salalry in the month of January also from the last four month they giving explanation yes we will give you. After 3 months follow up they had given 1 post dated chq on 07/04 and dated 15/04 but to till date chq in not cleared we checked in the bank as balance is there or not.the account balance was zero. Now thery are telling do whatever you want we will give salary when we will have fund.
