Dear Sir, i was not allowed to pay my annual premium of 30, 000 in 08-09 financial year and my cheque was returned to me by my agent Mr Pandey and he informed me that i was not covered for life insurance and the deposited money will take the brunt of the market. i feel i am duped by my agent for not informing me the full details of the above plan. i want a quick explanation from both the organization and the agent, who is unaware of what to do next although i had offered him to redeem my policy. i want an expeditious reply as to the status of my policy and what step i could take to get back my deposit. The huge organization having such poor feedback and check policy is deplorable.
