Non Receipt of Maturirty Amount

The maturity mount of policy-120306707 has become due on 28-03. No information on this account was received till 06-04. I personally approached the branch office of unit number-116 on 06-04 and deposited the policy in original with the branch office. I was informed that the cheque amounting to Rs1, 26, 900/- had been sent to LIC Housing Finance Ltd to which the policy was assigned, I was SURPRISED to know this as the branch office of unit no-116 had returned the original policy to me on 01-06 at my present address i.e. B-56, S.R.M APPTS, PLOT NO-106, I.P. EXT, PATPARGANJ, DELHI-110092 which clearly shows that the branch office was fully aware that the policy has been released from the assignment anf they had changed my address in their record which was got done by me by visiting the branch office a way back.
You are kindly requested to intervene and ensure delivery of the maturity amount of the policy with interest.
