Sim activation

Dear sir,

Due to lost of my mobile with sim on 11.07.09 at 8.30 pm i have requested to customer care to blocked it after that i have taken new sim card on dated 13.07.09, but till date sim was not activated.

My mobile no is 9849253536. Hyderabad. I have called to customer care for Activation of sim so many times, they all executives are replayed "excuse me sir will activate with in four hours". from that day i had very suffering And getting loss more. if you have passable to activate pls. do immediately, otherwise please inform i will take other source.

It is my request to you please activate my sim as soon as possible.if it is not possible kindly inform.
