This is the regarding the submission of the following LIC policies with Orginal policies & Surrender Form "F".

Both of the policies were submitted on 7th Feb Saturday. After speaking to Ms. Akilla she has informed me that there was some technical (IT related) issue that's why it was not processed on 7th Feb. As per the process I know If I have submitted my policies on 7th Feb then it should be executed on the prevailing NAV on 7th Feb. Kindly acknowledge the status of my submission of both the policies.
