Delay in death claim

Dear Sir, On 18.5.08 my wife died in road accident near Shankri dist Salem state Tamilnadu. in the accident i also injured and factured on my right leg. For the death claim I given the bellow dacuments to the office Death Certificate, FIR report, Postmortom report, Original bond. and news paper report of accident but they did't accept the Newspaper report. Policy holder name Meena L shah policy no 664017032. I think what ever the proof given are sufficient. They send a letter dated on 19.1.09 for two more dacuments PIR on spot and PIR on deadbody, for this I am unable to travel to salem, and I have 3 year daughter and my self factured on my right leg, so kindly take necessary action for the claim. thanking you.
