Not received pension cheques from LIC

Hi!

I am having LIC pension policy with Policy No - 470430675 .

As pet the terms * condotion of policy i used to receive post dated cheques for complete year from LIC for Rs1067/- per month in April every month.

This year, till date i have not received the post dated cheques as of now. I have received a letter from IPP cell to complete some formalities as mentioned in the letter.

All the required formalities have been completed but till date i have not received cheques.

i am trying to get in touch of concern person in IPP cell at Jeeval Bharti building in CP at below no's

28844157 - 79

but no one is helping or redirecting my case to concern person.

it is my humble request to help me in understanding the delay in the process . i am a retired person from a semi government job and this amount is my only source of income.

please help!!!
