Does not deposit premium by agent

Dear Sir My policy no is 510921734, 511657525, 510840106. I have sent the money to the agent by registry on 13-10.when i check my policy no then i found that the money was not deposit till this.in this case i have complain to the branch manager but he can"t take any action. The agent code no is 0038051.Now i will Case on the agent.
