Not geting proper feed back from last 1 month

I have applied for Home loan of 11.25 L in July 09 through an agent (Vikram Wagh) of LICHFL at F.C. Road Pune. After submitting the reqd. docs. he called me for P.I. at LIC office, at the same time taken cheque of Rs. 5515/- as a processing fees. He told us that it will take a week to get sanction. Aafter 10 days I called him then he told me that he requires some more docs. related to company. Within few days I submitted the same (actually he should inform us this but here we need to call him).

The cheque of 5515/- was cleared from my account of 13th Aug. & still I have not recd. any information reg. sanction of my loan. Whenevr I am calling the concern person he is replying that he will call me soon with exact status But not a single time he has replied me.

My developer is not ready to wait further as he has given much time to us. Now neither I can approach to other bank nor geting proper feed back from LIC.

How can one track the exact status as agents are not guiding properly? (only mean for commission).

IF THIS COMPLAINT FORUM IS REALY WORKING, PL. DO THE NEEDFUL.
