TO CLAIM THE PRIZE DD FROM COURIER COMPANY

I have received sms and also mail from natwest bank great britain, I got 2300000 pounds. they advised

to me your DD was deposited in heathroucourier express ltd. They ask me send Rs. 13500 to deliver the

courier with in 3 days. Is it geniune or fraud.

Kindly clarify to me.
