Cheating and Fraud

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Basanth Patil from Navi Mumbai. I using Airtel post paid service since Dec. My current plan is Alex Plus No is 9967532239. I am more of STD user. I got a call from Direct Selling Agent from Bandup in Mumbai. They told 399 Advantage plan which suits me best because I use STD more. They told STD tariff is 0.50 paisa per minute for any phone like mobile or land line. So I agreed to take that plan. But when I activated that plan it is actually STD 0.50 paisa for only Airtel to Airtel and others is Rs 1 per minute.. So it’s not worth to me why should I pay more rent Rs 100 compared to my current Alex plus. The DSA People misguided me and cheated me... I am very much disappointed by this please take action against them, why they miss guide customer like this... I don’t want new No ie 9987677004, kindly disconnect and reimburse me all what I paid for this connection... The executive who activated my new connection is Mr Vishal and Dayana, their No are 9867970681, 9867049828, 9967865306… Last word to say is I am very much disappointed with this kind of service telling one scheme to promote product and activating another scheme. Really I respect Airtel but this kind of executives brings bad name to company. I need quick replay to this mail or contact to my existing No 9967532239…
