Non receipt of commission

My name is Lata Nangia, and my agency code no is 439-194 and I haven't recieved the commission of policy no 190789301 since the policy has started, the commision is going to some other agent's a/c and the agent code of that agent is 439-160 and my code is 439-194. I have many times filed complaints for this both verbally and written and I have the reciept of written application as well. but no action has been taken yet even after the maturity of the policy. kindly help me so that I can recieve my commission with interest. This particular agency was in the name of my father-in-law and I am the nominee after his death.
