No charger point / poor A/C efficiency

Dear Sir/madam

In Train No 2542A Up and down both LTT to Gorakhpur special, it is observed many times when i travelled that Not any charging point for Cell Phone is avilable. And as there is only one A/c coach is there that's why the cooling of A/C remains very poor. It remains very difficult to travel in this situation. Please do the needful.
