The problem is that the LIC Premium of Rs 10573 for Jeevan Suraksha Policy number 212817037 was accepted twice as per following details

Grievance No 20334 was immediately posted on the website of LIC. Since the company has not responded, fresh complaint was registered vide grievance No %__ dated %%.

Request by mail with Lucknow CRM / Regional office (bo_G207@licindia.com / crm_lucknow@licindia.com) have been to no avail.
