Sir

My name is duke thomas .my policy no is 971431920. I took this policy in may and as it is a money back policy i need to get Money of Rs 10.000/- by cheque in may but till this month that is may i had not yet recieved my money even though their is no mistake from my side as regularly i am paying the premium and my policy is in force. Sir please help me to get the money.
