My uncle has recently bought a 3 bed room apartment at newly launched residential project of 3c's, but seem's to be a bit concerned as there is a rumor in market that on 20th sept 09 some people tried to forcefuly enter in their premises claming that the land on which 3 cs is building the project does not belong's to them.
If any body know's about this please confirm
