Unadjustment & false reporting on adjustment of Loan of Rs 4000/- outstanding under the policy No.-582606903

The LICI, OGSS Deparment, Cuttack, ORISSA in his Letter dtd 02.11.2005 in my address informed me that"Loan has been fully recovered for SB payment on 26.10.2005.No loan exits".

During my transfer from CUTTACK to DEOGARH, the loan ledger & loan docket was transferred to LICI, KUCHINDA, orissa. Again it was transferred to LICI, Sambalpur Branch office-2 where my Premium are being deposited through salary deduction vide treasury chalan.

During such transfer of my policy, the LICI, KUCHINDA, SAMBALPUR has intimated me vide letter dtd.08.12.2006 with a copy to LICI, SAMBALPUR BRANCH OFFICE-II, FATAK, that "A loan of Rs 4000-/ stands outstanding under the policy-582606903"

I have raised the issue in written and lodged complaint on 20.06.2007 in LICI, SAMBALPUR BRANCH OFFICE II but to my surprise a year was passed no step was taken yet.

It was frustrating and irritating on my part and compelling me to close all my policies.
