Broadband internet connection not given yet

Hello,

Im from Bhau Patil road, Pune. I had applied for the BSNL broadband connection on saturday 19th apr 08 but noone from BSNL has either called or taken initiative to come and provide the connection.

I have been calling at 1500 that is seen in thhe hoardings of BSNL ads on roads and they gave me 3 other numbers and they do not respond.

Its painstaking to wait for a service that is very important in today's world.

Maybe I will have to go for Tata indicom/ Reliance.
