Free gifts/not getting mag

Several months ago I ordered Readers Digest and was offered 1 free gift subscription. I never got my subscription and do not know if the free subscription went to my sister or not. This was a special for $9.99. Last month I called and was told I only get the one for my sister for the $9.99. My mother is 91 yrs old and I want the mag. for her, so I ordered another subscription. We finally starated getting that. Went on line for 3 free gifts, nothing there. What's happening to Readers Digest???
