Not abel to use

My samuel thomas from durgapur westbengal.i have a 3g connections from bsnl, it was working since last 2 month, but since last 3 weeks i am not able to use 3g facility on my mobile, i have conneted my local bsnl office, they had forward my case to bsnl call center in calcutta, i have myself also spoke but no action have be taken till today.so please help me
