Dear sir,

An Loan of Rs 1, 57, 000/ was sanctioned as per A/C mentioned above. In this regards, it is stated that the full loan has been recovered from the applicant as per march statement.

Actually, this loan was against LIC policies. After complition of loan, the LIC policies were supposed to be returned back. Accordingly, one policy No 120390134 which has not been returnd back, inspite of repeated complaints after June. LIC (H) says that the policy is still with the Branch (114) and the branch does not agree with the same. This is too when no of correspondances have been made bet LIC (H) and LIC branch.

Therefore, you are requested to look in to the same and get it expedited.
