Changing of loan

I have a housin loan from LICHFL, Faridabad branch. My approved loan amount was Rs.1600000/-.LICHFL have disbursed an amount of RS.388000/- to the Builder for the upcoming flat. Iam paying an EMI of RS.17952/- /Already paid 12 nos. of EMIs. Dur to the delay in construction work, the builder have alloted me another flat (with same specfications) in constuction progressing tower. Because of this I have applied to LICHFL for changing my loan as per the new allotment. I have applied two months ago, but LICHFL have not yet approvd my application, they delaying in approval, so that I will be forced to pay the delay in payment to the construction company. I have already submitted all the documents as per the LICHFL requirement, so I want a very fast action in this regards..
