Incorrect EMI Debit-LIC not responding

Hello,

I have been informed that the LIC payment for this month has been rejected, which LIC debits my account via the ECS mode monthly.

The reason for rejection was that LIC has tried to debit an amount of approx Rs.35000/-, which was not available in the account. My account has also been debited with return/bouncing charges. Who will pay this?

Why are you debiting my account for such an amount, when till date LIC has disbursed approx 26.5 Lacs?

My account was not funded to meet upto 35k.

I spoke to Sunil Yadav about this on 2 occassions from Gurgaon branch last week, and he is still to come back to me on this. He was going to call me in 30 minutes last week, but not sure what happened.

Can somebody help..
