I have taken housing loan of Rs.12 lacs in Dec'08, at that time the rate of interest @ 11.25 (Floating), from last month the rate of interest for new customers they provided @9%, but for exiting customers like us are not enjoying the new rates. what we have done the mistake, why we can't enjoy the new low rates.

this is not fair for the customers.again on the same side if the interest rate goes up they will increase the rate of interest from immd. effects. i request you pls. look in this matter immd.
