LIC HOUSING FINANCE
Loan not finalised since five months

I had applied for loan in LIC housing finance in the month of April. In Principle Sanction letter of Rs. 20.00 Lakh was handed over to me on 03.06.2009 by LIC agent.

More than five months have passed since my application and till date the matter has not been resolved.

Demand letters from my builder are coming on regular basis since last four months Due to non-payment of amount, I am likely to suffer severe financial losses (penalty of 18%). Further, my commitments to the builder are based on assurances of LIC HFL and its agent. With each passing day, I am suffering serious loss of credibility.
