Misleading information regarding ROI in Home loan

I have taken a Home loan from Gurgaon Branch of LICHFL, through Area Manager Ashutosh Sood and his subordinate Dushyant Sharma in the month of June'07. and Being a GE employee they said they have given me the loan at the discounted rate of 10.75% instead of rack rate of 11.5%, (which was not the true scenario) and also have charged me discounted processing fees of Rs 4K as compared to actual of Rs 19K as its 1% of the loan approved, which again was not the truth.

And since December as the ROI is continously reducing, they are not telling me the correct ROI which would be applicable in my case and always says that shall let you know.

And now although the area manager is saying that the ROI has been reduced to 10.5%, but he is not telling me the effective date, neither he is telling me when my EMI will be changed.

Now both of them are not picking up my phone.
