Delay in sanction

Sir,

I applied for housing loan of Rs 1500000 in march and all the required documents were provided. Further various documents were demanded and were given by me. during the last months now they are demanding unrequired documents which dont have relevance with the loan. There is inadequate delay in loan and my project has suffered. Upon asking -why they are not providing sanction after so many months, official say there are two alternatives . 1- keep on giving documents forever. 2- 5% of sanctioned money demanded by officials

after listening this i had no other alternative except to complain.

Now i have complained to RBI, ministry of finance and u.

so please take the required action
