I was excited to get the digital signature, and be part of the government initiative.

When I inserted the CD, it did not work on Apple Macbooks which uses OSX, though 3i Infotech mentions about this in their websites. Then I tried on Windows Vista. Again in vain. When I called the helpline they said it works only Windows XP, that too only in IE 6.0. For this I had to borrow somebody's machine and work on that. After much of ado, I could download the certificate.

Though they promised the free gift I did not get any free gift. Looks like my name is not included in their database. I feel deprived of the bumper draw of SX4 as well as weekly draws. Anyway that would be just a luck.

Now when I started filing taxsmile it was asking a exorbitant amount of 400 tax for filing the e-returns. I have been fighting with them for the mail they were supposed to send, which they never sent to me. After much of escalation I got a mail @ 7:40 pm today, but the serial number is a invalid one. I could not file my returns due to 3i Infotech. I have spent the whole day on this in vain, so got fired in office too.

I need justice.
