Unfair policies to charge interest

LIC HOUSING: BEWARE OF UNFAIR POLICIES to CHARGE INTEREST:

I took a loan from them and pre-paid a part in first 4 months. Later, they told me that interest will be charged to the same Outstanding Principal that was before pre-payment. At the time of pre-payment, nobody told anything about this. Only when I asked for account statement, I got to know this. They have such unfair policies to fool you around.

LIC Housing is a very very lousy company. Visit their website, and you will not find any phrase called "Customer Care". There is no care in practice as well. You will get mad calling one person after another, sending emails on several addresses, most of which have reached maximum mailbox size, so your mails will be bounced back. Keep away from them as much as possible.
