Web site is not working

I have an account at licindia.com. I have once policy already enrolled over therer. I have enrolled one more policy - 363949880 on 12th Nov but still it's not listed under the "View Enrolled Policies", but it's successfulyy enrolled and I am able to see under "Enrol Policies". When I click on View Enrolled Policies link it doesnt show my above enrolled policy. I registered a complaint on the web on 18th Nov but when I tried to view the status of my complaint using link Complaint Status View the web shows "Policy Not Yet Attended" and the status is still open. I don't know when are they going to resolve the issue, but requesting to take a look asap. Thanks-Bikash
