About submission of enrollment form for validation

Dear sir/madam

I have registered my L.i.c.policies online. Then i got enrollment form for validation which was to be submitted to the branch.so I went to my nearest branch at pimpri where i used to go for my premiums pay. But the person there told me that she can not accept the forms bec the policies are not from their branch. If a single policy is from their branch then the forms would have been accepted.

my policies are from pune branch which is 17 km away from my place.my point is that if everything is interlinked by computer.u can pay ur premium in any branch.then why these can not be acceped anywhere.
