Misbehave by associate

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Today i went to LIC Nilokheri facility for submission of installment. i was having some query . when i asked Mr. Deepak Chawla regarding same, he suddenly thrown of cash & Premium notice, and misbehaved with me.

This is to be taken into account & acted upon Seriously, as it was very embarressing for me & ur associates r defaming LIC of india..
