No proper response by shop Manage

My name is Mathews Mathew, Employee of 3M India, chennai. I applied for a post paid reliance connection from reliance web world, adayar, chennai. The shop manager was very much co-operative till he collected the advance security amount and activation charge of Rs.500. Then he never give up a good follow up and still i did't get my connection activated. Our team of 15 persons had a plan to take up reliance post paid connection and due to the irresponsible service being provided by the store manager we have now plugged into vodafone, My humble request to the authorites is to make up a quick arrangement to return my 500Rs.
