Unwarranted late fee etc

Late fee / GST in the statement of 25Aug having been reversed in statement of 25Sep reversal of similar debits of Rs.350.00 (18.09.2008) and 4.96 (25.09.2008) as also

216.99 (25.08.2008) would have to be requested, now as the actual debit of Rs, 11185/= has already been paid on 05 Oct (Rs.11200.00) even before receiving the statement.

It seems to be a machined procedure without considering reversal of 18/08 and 25/08;

Please get the account corrected and monthly statements be ensured every month in time!
