NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY CLAIM PAYMENT

REF. POLICY NO.470103686, PLAN & TERM--74-15 COMMENCEMENT DATE--28/05/1994, DATE OF MATURITY--27-05.

Dear sirs,

we are not getting payment in spite of our follow up with Agent, Abohar Brnach Manager-With Mr. Sardul Singh. Firstly I didnot recd. the maturity form form the branch again we have arraged the same form other branch and delivered to Mr. Ashok Gilra Development officer. Reuqested to MR. Sardul Singh and he assured to revert back and told the reason of delay that their office madam is on long leave. Now neither Mr. Ashok Gilra is attending is his mobile nor brach phone is being picked up. LIC IS CLAIMING INTEREST in case of late payment but now i will also claim payment with delayed maturity payment interest.
