Non-receipt of Bond

Sir,

I have made Health Insurance in the month of March'09, My Policy No.4034i/FPT/04505364/00/000. My Mobile No. 09247541357.

I have recevied SMS on 11.03.2009 The Message is

" Policy No.4034i/FPT/04505364/00/000has been issued for Health Proposal, you will receive your policy in 14 days. For any help Pls Call 18002098888 11.03.2009 03.04.18 AM LM-ICICILom"

I have not received my policy till date, You are suppose to send the policy on 25 th of March' 09 to day is 14.04.2009.

I have called several times to Mr. Pranab - 09930365581, simply he had given a " Skylark Docket No.11634380 dt. 21.03.2009" after that he is not receiveng my phone, diconnecting & some time the mobile is switched Off.

I do not understanding one thing that you have not given my policy till date then How will you give the Claim if I am claimed. Will you give or not we dn't konw.

I have visited your Khairatabad Branch to meet Mr. Srikant (09703502334) regarding my policy he is telling that it will come in few days. When ever i visit to your branch the same thing is reapeting.

I have taken this policy for tax benifit. But it do not supported, From my salary TDS was deducted due to Non-receipt of payment evidence.

I have faced so many problems with your insurance company.

My Friend made insurance from Birla Sun Life. He had received policy with in 7 days.

I have made a mistake i.e. choosing "ICICI LAMBORD INSURANCE" and I will not suggest any budy to go to "ICICI LAMBORD INSURANCE".

I do not have time to explain my problems properly.
