Premium deduction two times

Dear Sir,

I have paid lic policy premium amount of RS.2684 on 28.10.08 through ICICI internet banking via WWW.licindia.com. First time i tried and i didn't get receipt on screen, so i cancelled and second time i tried and receipt was displayed on screen.

Yesterday (02.11.08) i went to ICICI Atm and i had taken Mini statement and found that premium amount was deducted two times from my savings account.(A/C.No:602801509265).

First Transaction Number: BIL/0000795 - 28.10.08

Second Transaction Number: BIL/000794 - 28.10.08

SO i request you to credit that same amount into my ICICI savings account positively.
