The aforementioned policy matured on 3rd December. The necessary voucher duly discharged by me together with the original policy was submitted to you vide your receipt No. 51724 on 11/11.

In spite of complying with afore stated requisite requirements I have not yet received the maturity claim amount.

You are requested to release the maturity claim amount expeditiously.
