Non payment of matured amount

Sir,

my policy number is 150686803. it is jeewan suraksha plan . the policy has matured on dated 28-12. but till date i have not received any correspondance from Lic of india. I .have given many reminders by speed post to Senior divisional manager shimla.every day I Used to. enquire from LIC office in Kasupti Shimla from TEl. NOS 0177 2629200, 0177 2629230. but Ihave not received any positive reply. THe lic office people are not taking it seriously. Sir, Iam in need of money but Iam not able to get my own amount
