Non receipt of maturity amount

I have a money back scheme policy for Rs 25000 sum assured. policy no is 160546738 (ashish khera).

the maturity amt. is Rs 30425 and the due date was 25.01.2009. i personally handed over the original policy to the Mohali (punjab) branch on 03.01.2009. I was supposed to get the post dated cheque before 25.01.2009. but so far i have not received it . kindly convey my complaint to the lic.
