POOR SERVICE AT CBO 17

I am one of the unfortunate agents of anna nagar branch of lic (CBO17) where the staff just dont work

their attitude is worse than government employees. the staff over there invent ways to postpone the work

take any matter whether it is claims, new business proposal, tds exemption, refund of excess premium, revival of lapsed policies, etc, they have become experts in inefficiency. lic is getting a bad name because of the staff at this branch. it is hard to digest the fact that people with such attitude towards work are living in a metropolitan city like chennai and a prestigious institution like lic is tolerating this sheer non sense for fear of union. only God can save this branch.
