Not receving monthely income benefits by ECS

Sir,

my LIC policy no. is 283589747 from CBO3 Varanasi. I was receving Rs 600/ per month as monthely income against this policy till March. LIC provided the 12 Post dated cheques to me in every March by postal service. but this year they provided me a letter and form for ECS (electronic clearing service). i have submitted the form withall the information on 11th Feb by post.

but till today i did not receive any clearance or any payment through ECS in my Bank account., so i wrote aletter to Asstt. Secretary IPP cell NCZO Kanpur for the clearing and payments on 21st May. but i did not receive any response from LIC.

I think, now LIC is also being the bad service Provider for their Custmors.
