Non-release of Annuity Cheques

The Annuity cheques towards my monthly pension scheme for the period from April 09 to March against my policy no. 270153715 Plan 122 have not been received from LIC Zonal Office, MG Marg, Kanpur despite submission of life certificate and exercing option for credit of monthly pension through ECS for which LIC obtained willingness in February. No information/ details are being provided by LIC despite various mails/ telephonic enquiry. Non - release of due cheques upon maturity of scheme by a Govt.department like LIC is nothing short of cheating of a common Indian citizen shaking his faith even in govt.schemes.
