Change of Address - Not Done

I hold a policy viz. Jeevan Shree (No. 646068123). This policy I had taken at Hyderabad (Himayat Nagar Branch) and during last November I relocated to Bangalore. Since then, I have been sending reminders/letters to my agent Mr. D. Venugopala Rao, 01835660, but he has not bothered to get it done.

I have been paying my premiums regularly. I have also sent many letters to LIC office @ Himayat Nagar, but to no avail.

I request the concerned authority to get the same done immediately & also take necessary action against the agent.
