Respected sir,

It is to be informed you that my husband Late Arjun Prasad had taken Endowment assurance policy having policy no. 543459584 and sum assured 50, 000/-. unfortunately my husband had expired on date 16.05.2006. On dated 29.08.2007 i have submitted death claim forms with other supporative document at bokaro branch 1, sector 4, Bokaro.

But, still after passing of 2 years (approx.) i am not getting payment of Rs.50, 000/- under this policy and not any information regarding this matter except one time verification by LIC officers.

Therefore, i wanted to know when i will getting payment of Rs 50, 000/- under this policy.
