Yet not received cheque for my pension plan

Dear sir,

i have not yet received my annuity pension cheque for my policy no.300029253 bhagwan kaur, w/o harinder singh, VPO-Bagli kalan, tehsil-samrala, distt.-Ludhiana sofar. Nor any information in regards. I request you to kindly let me know the status of my cheque as i have already sent the certificate of existance. an immediate reply to this regards will be highly appreciated.
