Non receipt of pension instalment

I have a policy No. 114043335, date of commencement 08.07.2004 under pension plan in which yearly pension is due each year on 1st August and I have already intimated my Bank A/C No for ECS transfer to LIC of India. But except last year the pension is not reached on time to my Bank A/C. I have made oral complaint to Branch Manager of Branch Unit 31A, Nehru House, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg through which I have taken this policy, but have no response till date. Neither I have received cheque nor the amount directly transferred to my A/C. When the commitment is regarding yearly transfer of pension instalment to my account then Why the same is not fulfiiled on time?
