Amount Rs. 3499/- which has already been paid vide cheque no.835587 and debited from my saving a/c on 19/09 have not been credited in the account. As a result of which, a bill of enhanced amount i.e. without deducting the amount paid by me has been sent to me. This is gross irregularity against the interest of a customer. The company of this dimension refrain from such irregulariy in future
